• Hey, my soap doesn't look like the picture!  What's up with that? 

All Soapy Hollow products are handmade and hand cut.  There will always be some variance in every product because it's not coming from a factory equipment line.  Thus, the pattern you see in the picture may not match the pattern of your soap exactly, but you can rest assured that the ingredients are exactly the same.  

Shipping Policies:  

• Shipping is not a profit center for Soapy Hollow.  The database that runs the shopping cart is connected directly to the United States Mail database, and shipping charges are generated from their site based on the weight of the products in the cart.   
• Orders will be shipped within 2 working days after we've been sent a payment confirmation from the processing company.  Most orders ship the next day.  
• Custom orders may take longer.  A time estimate will be given at the same time as your price estimate. 
• International clients may have a different shipping rate.  Please contact us directly with your order, and we can give you a variety of shipping options, depending on your country. 

Return Policy:  

• Because of the nature of the product, and the FDA regulations about cosmetics and contamination, we will only take returns in the unlikely event that there is a problem with the product. 

What is your privacy policy? 

• Soapy Hollow's privacy policy is simple. We created this website for the convenience of our customers. Any customer information that you provide to us will never be sold to other web sites, mailing services, or marketing companies, or any parties outside of Soapy Hollow.
